Payment & Cancellation Policy

• Credit/Debit card, UPI, and Bank Transfer cancellations will incur an extra 5% charge.
• 100% Refund if cancelled 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• No Refund if cancelled 0-6 days prior to the check-in date.

Confirmed Bookings

• All bookings are held in good faith from the arrival date to the departure date as listed in the reservation system, at the rate specified at the time of booking.
• You confirm that you are of legal age and all details provided during the booking process are accurate. There must be sufficient funds to cover the cost of accommodation and services.
• If a confirmed booking is not occupied by the guest on the due date, the advance payment will be forfeited.
• Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled via email, subject to availability. However, the advance payment will not be offset for another guest on the same date(s).
